Melissa, Waste Management Specialist

Melissa has been in the property management and the real estate industry for over 30 years. Started out leasing apartments homes right after high school, she learned how to deliver excellent service from the start. Eighteen years ago, she expanded her career and became a regional asset manager serving the Puget Sound.  She has also put her Real Estate Broker's license to use but providing services to home buyers in our area.

Nakata, Waste Management Specialist

Nakata has 25 years of experience in the property management industry.  She has managed mix used assets, mid-rise, high rises, parking lots, and storage facilities.  In addition, she has been part of the cleaning community in the area for over five years.
